Good Quality China High Strength High Alumina Castable Refractories
The refractory material for casting is a monolithic refractory material with the addition of hydraulic alumina to refractory aggregates. This is a product used in various parts of the oven. Our company manufactures products suitable for installation and use through quality control. This product is oxidized. The use of aluminum cement is minimized. Dispersible and ultra-fine powder, so it has excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion, evaporation and chemical resistance. It is widely used as part of various industrial furnaces, such as incinerators and non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces.
High Strength High Alumina Castable has the advantages of high refractoriness, good workability and quick construction speed. According to the types of binders, high alumina castable is classified into ordinary high alumina castable, low cement high alumina castable, no cement high alumina castable and so on. The applications of high alumina castable are: burner nozzle working lining, electric furnace tapping spout, shaft lime kiln high temperature zone, rotary kiln hood, power plant boiler, etc.
Properties of cast refractory materials
High density, low porosity
Good resistance to slag and corrosion
High strength and durability
Good resistance to flakes
Good resistance to thermal shock
Abrasion resistance
Use of cast refractory materials
It is mainly used in key parts of furnaces and heating equipment, such as heat treatment furnaces, heating furnaces, dipping furnaces, slag filling furnaces, hidden cleaning and catalytic cracking plants.
