High Strength Low Apparent Porosity 1450 Degree Clay Fire Brick

 

 

Definition:

   

1. Fired Clay Refractory assembly Brick were mainly made from chamotte, flint clay and combining clay powder, being high pressure pressed and sintered in high temperature.

2. Fired Clay Refractory assembly Brick is Al2O3 content of 30% to 48% aluminum silicate clay material products.

3.Refractoriness is 1580-1750°C, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450°C.

Application: 

    Clay refractory bricks are classified according to their uses. They are mainly divided into clay refractory bricks for blast furnaces, clay refractory bricks for hot blast stoves, and large clay refractory bricks for glass kilns.
    Due to the low load softening temperature of clay bricks, shrinkage occurs at high temperatures, thermal conductivity is 15%-20% lower than silica bricks, and mechanical strength is also worse than silica bricks. Therefore, clay bricks can only be used for the secondary parts of coke ovens. Such as regenerator sealing wall, small flue lining brick and regenerator checker brick, furnace door lining brick, furnace roof and riser lining brick, etc.
