Higher high temperature strength. High refractoriness under load. In high temperature for a long time without deformation. Low thermal shock stability. Using natural silica as raw material, with appropriate amount of mineralization agent, to promote the conversion of quartz in the billet to scale quartz.
White Mullite Low Coefficient Of Thermal Expansion for Refractory insulation brick is slowly fired at 1350 ~ 1430℃ in reducing atmosphere. When heated to 1450℃, about 1.5~2.2% of the total volume expansion, the residual expansion will make the cut joints close, to ensure that the masonry has good air tightness and structural strength.
