High Temperature High performance perlite low density light weight clay insulating brick
Definition:
High Temperature High performance perlite low density light weight clay insulating brick generally refer to refractory bricks with a density less than 1.3 g/cm3. Due to the characteristics of low density, high porosity, small thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and certain compressive strength, light-weight refractory bricks have been widely used in heat treatment equipment.
High Temperature High performance perlite low density light weight clay insulating brick containing Al2O3 30%~46% lightweight refractory products, chamotte or light clinker and plastic clay as main material, usually can be the combustible material production and formation of multihollow structure by chemical method or foam method. The bulk density of the commonly used lightweight clay brick is 0.75~1.20g/cm3, the compressive strength is 2.0~5.9Mpa, the thermal conductivity is 0.221~0.442W/m.k (1350°C ).
Advantage:
1. Low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance.
2. Refractory category allow direct contact of fire, suitable for various atmosphere
3. Good integrity with furnace lining, long service life, easy operation, could be shaped freely
4. Product specification: standard form, normal standard, shaped and special shaped bricks.
5. Can be used in various kilns because of its cheapness and general tray package. Among all of the refractory materials, it is the most widely used.
Application:
1. Carbon bake furnaces in the aluminum industry
2. Preheat zones and cyclones of rotary cement kilns
3. Insulation for glass tanks
4. Fireplace and pizza ovens
5. Coke ovens
6. Blast furnaces
7. Reheating furnaces
8. Suspended roofs
9. Lime kilns
10. Chimney
