White Light Weight Insulating Mullite Firebrick
White Light Weight Insulating Mullite Firebrick are made from high-purity refractory clays ;temperature of use ranging from 1100℃ to 1700℃ and each grade is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements . For higher temperature products , their addition of alumina are graduated .Each grade is added by classified organic filler . This organic filler burns out during manufacture process to give a uniform and controlled pore structure .

Performances:
1. Low heat conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect
2. Low hot melting, due to low heat conductivity, it accumulates little heat to get obvious energy-saving in intermittent operation.
3. Low impurity content and low content of iron oxide & alkali metal oxide realize high refractoriness. High Al2O3 content makes it keep good performance under reducing atmosphere.
