Blast Furnace 1.2g High Temperature Insulation Bricks
Definition:
Light Weight Silica Fire Brick refer to heat-insulating refractory products made of silica as the main raw material and with an SiO2 content of not less than 91%. In addition to the thermal insulation properties of Insulating silica bricks, it maintains the characteristics of silicon bricks to a large extent. The starting temperature of load softening is high, and the volume expands slightly during the heating process, which enhances the integrity of the kiln. The manufacture of siliceous Insulating silica bricks uses finely pulverized silica as the raw material, adding part of the waste silica bricks or waste siliceous Insulating silica bricks powder, mineralizers and burnout additives. Add water to the mixer according to a certain proportion to mix into a mud, which is formed by mechanical or manual molding. After the brick is dried, the residual moisture is less than 0.5% before it can be loaded into the kiln. In order to prevent the violent volume expansion due to the polycrystalline transformation of SiO2, causing cracks in the product, a slower temperature rise and fall speed are required during firing.℃.

(7) Light Weight Silica Fire Brick is also a light-weight heat-insulating brick. It has a higher heat resistance temperature than light-weight clay bricks. It can be used in heat-insulating parts to reduce heat loss and increase the efficiency of the melting process.
