JM 20 Low Iron Mullite Insulation Refractory Brick is one kind of High alumina refractory brick.The High alumina refractory brick is an aluminum silicate material which content of more than 48% alumina. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. The advantage of this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃,good slag resistance.

 

JM 20 Low Iron Mullite Insulation Refractory Brick refers to a heat-insulating refractory product made of bauxite with an Al2O3 content of not less than 48%.

JM 20 Low Iron Mullite Insulation Refractory Brick are mainly made of bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw materials, mixed with binders and sawdust.

 

In order to improve product performance, industrial alumina, corundum, sillimanite, kyanite, and silica are added The powder can be produced with bulk density above 0.4g/cm3. Al2O3 content and bulk density are different, the highest operating temperature is also different, usually 1250-1350 ℃, some up to 1550 ℃

 

Production process:


JM 20 Low Iron Mullite Insulation Refractory Brick includes five parts: preparation of foaming agent, preparation of foam slurry, molding, drying and firing.


(1) Preparation of foaming agent.


(2) Modulation of foam mud.


(3) Forming.


(4) Dry.


(5) Firing.
