High Temperature Special 0.6g 1200C Clay Insulating Brick
Definition:
High Temperature Fire Brick generally refer to refractory bricks with a density less than 1.3 g/cm3. Due to the characteristics of low density, high porosity, small thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and certain compressive strength, light-weight refractory bricks have been widely used in heat treatment equipment.
For strength products, high-quality plate-like corundum and mullite are used as aggregates, sillimanite composite is used as a matrix, special additives and a small amount of rare earth oxides are mixed, and then subjected to high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing.
Advantage:
1. Low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance.
2. Refractory category allow direct contact of fire, suitable for various atmosphere
3. Good integrity with furnace lining, long service life, easy operation, could be shaped freely
4. Product specification: standard form, normal standard, shaped and special shaped bricks.
5. Can be used in various kilns because of its cheapness and general tray package. Among all of the refractory materials, it is the most widely used.
Application:
High Temperature Fire Brick is mainly used for the partition of coking chamber and combustor of coke making furnace, regenerator chamber and cinder chamber of steelmaking open hearth furnace, soaking pit, refractory material of glass melting furnace and sintering furnace of ceramics and other kiln vault and other load-bearing parts.
It is also used for high temperature load bearing parts of hot blast furnace and acid open hearth furnace top.
