Resist Temperature High Alumina Andalustie Based Brick is an ideal insulating refractory refractory material, with advantages of high strength, low thermal conductivity, good insulation property and low price. For various industrial kilns & furnaces, it is a kind of essential refractory for energy saving and temperature preservation.
Light weight high alumina brick is also called high alumina insulating brick. It contains more than 48% Ai2O3 and mainly consists of mullite and glass phase or corundum. It is usually made of high bauxite and a small amount of clay. After the raw materials are grounded, it is made into mud. Then it is cast and molded and fired at 1300~1500℃. Sometimes industrial alumimum is used to replace bauxite. Inorganic matter is added as ignition loss substance in order to increase the porosity of the refractory.
The production process of Resist Temperature High Alumina Andalustie Based Brick and multi-clinker clay bricks are similar.
The difference is that the proportion of clinker in the ingredients is higher, which can be as high as 90-95%.
The clinker needs to be sorted and sieved to remove iron before crushing, and the firing temperature Higher, such as Ⅰ, Ⅱ high alumina bricks are generally 1500~1600℃ when fired in tunnel kiln.
Production practice in China has proved that before crushing, high-aluminum clinker is strictly sorted and classified, and stored in tiers.
The use of bauxite clinker and combined clay fine grinding method can improve product quality.
Production process:
The production methods of Resist Temperature High Alumina Andalustie Based Brick and clay bricks are basically the same.
Only some process parameters are different. There are also processes such as crushing → mixing → molding → drying → firing → inspection → packaging.
