White Lightweight Refractory Mullite High Alumina Brick refers to a heat-insulating refractory product made of bauxite with an Al2O3 content of not less than 48%.
White Lightweight Refractory Mullite High Alumina Brick are mainly made of bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw materials, mixed with binders and sawdust.
In order to improve product performance, industrial alumina, corundum, sillimanite, kyanite, and silica are added The powder can be produced with bulk density above 0.4g/cm3. Al2O3 content and bulk density are different, the highest operating temperature is also different, usually 1250-1350 ℃, some up to 1550 ℃
Production process:
White Lightweight Refractory Mullite High Alumina Brick includes five parts: preparation of foaming agent, preparation of foam slurry, molding, drying and firing.

(5) Firing.
