Gunning Material is an unshaped refractory material constructed by mechanical spraying method using pneumatic tools.
Gunning Material is composed of refractory aggregates, powders, and binding agents (or additives).
Due to the repeated continuous impact of cement and aggregate and other constituent materials during the spraying process to promote the compaction of the sprayed materials, the sprayed layer has better density and mechanical strength.

Lightweight Gunning Material is used as heat preservation and heat insulation lining, medium and heavy spray paint can be used as heat insulation lining, while heavy spray paint is mainly used as working lining.

Construction method:
The structure of the cemented refractory material actually combines transport, injection or tamping without one template or in just one process. This process is simple, efficient and adaptable.
Depending on the order of addition of water (or solution) and the amount of water, cement-type refractories can be divided into three types: wet, semi-dry and dry.
The wet method is to mix the spray material into the suspension before spraying.
The semi-dry method is to first wet the spray material, press it into the nozzle, then add the remaining water (or solution), then add all the water (or solution) of the drying method. The most common of them is the semi-dry method.
