JM 23 Mullite Insulation Special Brick is a kind of insulation material adopting organic matter as ignition loss substance in order to increase the porosity of refractory, which has such advantages as high porosity, small volume density, good insulation effect, high mechanical intensity, small thermal conductivity and long service life. For various industrial kilns & furnaces, it is a kind of essential refractory for energy saving and temperature preservation
Production process:
JM 23 Mullite Insulation Special Brick includes five parts: preparation of foaming agent, preparation of foam slurry, molding, drying and firing.
(1) Preparation of foaming agent.
(2) Modulation of foam mud.
(3) Forming.
(4) Dry.
(5) Firing.
Features:
Compared with dense refractory bricks, JM 23 Mullite Insulation Special Brick have the following advantages:
(1) With low heat storage and high thermal efficiency, it can speed up the turnover of intermittent operation kilns, improve production efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and save energy.
(2) Low thermal conductivity, which can reduce the thickness of the furnace wall and roof, reduce the quality of the furnace body, and simplify the structure of the furnace.
(3) The furnace temperature can become uniform. Conducive to improving product quality.
(4) The temperature outside the furnace is low, which is convenient for operation, improves labor efficiency, and improves labor conditions for kiln installation and discharge.
