In April 2023, the hot blast stove of 2060m³ blast furnace project of Guangxi iron and steel company was successfully completed which was contracted by Zhengzhou ANNEC Industrial Co., Ltd.
This project was equipped with 3 Cone Cylinder Rotary Cutting Top Combustion Hot Blast Stoves that were jointly developed by ANNEC and CERI, and applied more than 100 patents and proprietary technologies, thoroughly solving the hidden dangers of air gas nozzle dislocation, vault off brick, hot air outlet and high temperature brick collapse at the three forks of the pipeline that are prone to occur in the long-term use of hot blast stove. Under the condition that the actual air supply temperature is more than 1250℃, the hot blast furnace system can be stable for more than 30 years.The ultra-low emission of hot blast stove flue gas that the majority of owners are concerned about, it can even achieve NOx emissions in the hot blast stove exhaust gas below 75mg/m³, and CO emissions below 30ppm, and save 5%-8% of gas, ultra-low emissions and low operating costs(compared with conventional topcombustion hot blast stoves). It also has the application characteristics of high wind temperature, long life, low energy consumption, low emission and low investment.
During the implementation of the project, it was a critical period of epidemic prevention and control.
