On the afternoon of February 25, Pan Kaiming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Luoyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Executive Vice Mayor, led a delegation to Luoyang Annec Company for an in-depth investigation into the company’s technological innovation, progress in achieving a strong start for the first quarter, and overall operational performance. Xu Yuhan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, leaders from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Yichuan County officials participated in the visit. Li Fuchao, Chairman and President of Annec High-Temperature Technology Group, and Lyu Yingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, received the delegation.
Pan Kaiming and his delegation first visited the central control room, where they listened to a report on Annec Group’s development history, technological and product advantages, market applications, and the construction progress of the Luoyang Annec Industrial Park project. Pan Kaiming highly commended Annec for its commitment to technological innovation and R&D, continuously launching new products and technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and effectively transforming and applying scientific achievements.
The delegation also inspected the debugging site of the green intelligent production line. During the visit, Vice Mayor Pan Kaiming inquired about any challenges the company faces in its development and encouraged the enterprise to persist in driving technological innovation to enhance core competitiveness. He emphasized the importance of improving product quality and technical capabilities to strengthen market competitiveness and expand brand influence. He assured that the municipal Party committee and government would spare no effort to create a first-class business environment, support enterprises in bolstering development confidence, seizing opportunities, and achieving steady, sustainable growth.
