   Recently,Annec High-Temperature Technology Group emerged victorious in a fiercely competitive bidding process to secure the 4# Blast Furnace Hot Blast Stove Project for Guangxi Chiji Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. This marksAnnec’s second collaboration with Chiji Steel following its successful delivery of the 3# Blast Furnace Hot Blast Stove in 2018, reaffirming the client’s trust inAnnec’s technical expertise and engineering capabilities while showcasing its leadership in hot blast stove technology.

    Proven Track Record: The 2018 3# Blast Furnace Project

   In 2018,Annec won the bid for Chiji Steel’s 3# hot blast stove (part of three new 2,060 m³ blast furnaces) with its cutting-edge solutions. Since its commissioning in June 2023, the system has demonstrated exceptional performance:

• Annual average blast temperature: 1,240°C (exceeding design specifications)
• Gas consumption per ton of iron: 390 m³/t(HM)
• Operational stability: Outperforming the concurrently built 1# and 2# blast furnace hot blast stoves, delivering significant economic and social benefits.

    4# Blast Furnace Project: Next-Gen Technology

   The newly awarded 4# blast furnace hot blast stove project (also 2,060 m³) will featureAnnec’s proprietary Cone-Column Swirling Top-Combustion Hot Blast Stove technology. The scope includes:

• Full-cycle services: Engineering design, refractory material integration, construction, installation, and kiln-drying guidance for the stove and pipeline systems.
