Hot blast stove of 1# and 3# blast furnaces of Shiheng Special Steel were successfully ignited

At 16:16 on May 8, 2021, the new project of No.1 and No.3 blast furnace, hot blast stove of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited. The capacity of No.1 and No.3 blast furnaces in Shiheng Special Steel Group is 1350m ³. In order to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption, reducing emission, improving quality and increasing benefit, a total of 6 hot blast stoves in two blast furnaces have the opportunity of upgrading during the period of blast furnace overhaul, and EP service was provided by Annec. After technical upgrading and transformation of hot blast stove, the average temperature of mixed air supply is higher than 1200 ℃, which effectively reduces the fuel ratio of blast furnace, and is expected to bring 25 million yuan / year economic benefits for Shiheng special steel.

This is another key project contracted by Annec after the smooth production and stable operation of the 4# and 5# blast furnace, hot blast stove project of Shiheng Special Steel Co., Ltd.
