On the morning of October 29th, the 2025 New Employee Symposium themed "Hearing Each Other, Growing Together" hosted by ANNEC High-Temperature Technology Group was successfully held in Conference Room No. 2 of the Service Building of Luoyang Branch. Li Fuchao, Chairman of the Board, Zhang Daoyun, Vice President and Chief Engineer, Yang Shuo and Zhang Zejing, Assistant Presidents, Lü Yingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and representatives of new employees gathered together to conduct in-depth exchanges around personal growth and enterprise development, and discuss the future blueprint.
Prior to the symposium, new employees visited Luoyang No.1 Branch in person. Through an immersive tour of the production frontline and learning about the production and operation processes, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise's style, so as to quickly integrate into their positions and meet work requirements.
At the symposium, all participants first watched the company's promotional video. The video showed ANNEC's development journey of becoming a leading enterprise in the high-temperature industry by virtue of its excellent team, superior product quality and leading technology, which deeply shocked and inspired the new employees present.
On behalf of the company, Vice President Zhang Daoyun warmly welcomed the new employees to join ANNEC. He elaborated from four dimensions: the company's development history, core competitive advantages, product application fields and future development plans. At the same time, he introduced the company's current production and operation status, the challenges it faces, and the development-oriented ideas to break through the predicament. This helped new employees clarify their career plans, and he encouraged everyone to quickly adapt to job requirements, proactively improve professional skills, and work together to build ANNEC into a benchmark enterprise in intelligent manufacturing, green low-carbon, and high efficiency and energy conservation in China and even the world.
The interactive exchange session was the highlight of this symposium. Centering on the theme of the meeting and combining their own job responsibilities, new employees spoke freely: they not only frankly analyzed the practical problems affecting execution, efficiency and quality in their work and put forward improvement measures, but also offered suggestions on the optimization of cross-departmental collaboration processes and the improvement of management systems. This fully demonstrated the depth of thinking and sense of responsibility of the new employee group. The leaders present carefully listened to the speeches of each representative, occasionally conducted interactive exchanges on specific issues, fully affirmed everyone's insights, and responded to some concerns on the spot.
Zhang Zejing, Assistant President, shared his work experience at ANNEC from the dual perspectives of a former new employee and a current company leader. He emphasized that ANNEC's cause is the common cause of all employees. He hoped that new employees would not only focus on the present and do a solid job in their own positions, but also look forward to the long term and strengthen their confidence in development, achieve innovative breakthroughs while overcoming difficulties, and jointly promote the company's higher-quality development.
In his concluding speech, Chairman Li Fuchao emphasized that new employees are the new force of the enterprise and even more the hope for ANNEC's development. The company has always attached great importance to talent growth and employee aspirations. Regarding the problems and suggestions put forward by new employees at the meeting, he requested the relevant departments to sort out and study them as soon as possible after the meeting, formulate and implement improvement measures, further smooth the communication channels and optimize the management mechanism. He also stated that the company will continue to care for employees and make every effort to create a safe and comfortable working and living environment for everyone.
When talking about the company's next work and future development, Chairman Li Fuchao stressed that it is necessary to further strengthen the management of technology, equipment, production, marketing, and administration, vigorously develop new technologies and new products, expand new fields and new markets, accelerate the strengthening, supplementation, and extension of the industrial chain, increase revenue and benefits year by year, and share the achievements of the company's development.
For the future development of new employees, Chairman Li Fuchao put forward four expectations:

Finally, he sent a message to all new employees: In the big family of ANNEC, work in the same direction for common happiness and make joint efforts for common development, so as to finally realize personal life values and the company's development goals and share a better life.
The successful holding of this new employee symposium not only built a bridge for communication between the company's leaders and new employees, making new employees deeply feel the company's sincere care and attention, but also united the ideological consensus of all participants in promoting the company's high-quality development, injecting new vitality and impetus into the efficient implementation of subsequent work.
