At 16:16 on May 8, 2021, the new construction project of 1# and 3# blast furnace HBS of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., LTD was successfully ignited. The project was EPCC by Zhengzhou Anke Industrial Co., LTD.
The capacity of no. 1 and no. 3 furnaces is 1350m³, equipped with 3 HBS. In order to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption, 6 HBS of no. 1 and no. 3 furnaces have been upgraded and transformed by means of the overhaul of furnaces, and Annec provides EP service. After the technological upgrading of hot blast stove, the average mixed air supply temperature is more than 1200 degrees, which effectively reduces the blast furnace fuel ratio and is expected to bring economic benefits of 25 million RMB/year for Shiheng Special Steel.
This is another key project following the smooth operation and stable running of the 4# and 5# furnace HBS projects of Annec general contract shiheng Special Steel Group Co., LTD., and marks the new journey of long-term strategic cooperation between Zhengzhou Annec Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., LTD.
