"The Sixth National Iron-making System Energy Saving, Consumption Reduction, Cost Reduction and Efficiency New Technology Exchange Conference" organized by China Association of Plant Engineering was held in Huangshi City, Hubei Province from June 18th to 20th, 2023. The theme of the conference was "Green Energy Saving and Promoting New Development of Iron-making", taking the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as the lead, promoting the transformation of iron and steel industry to green manufacturing, accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, enhancing the development level of energy saving and consumption reduction proactively in the iron and steel industry, and promoting the continuous operating costs reduction of the enterprises.
In the main venue, Li Guanpeng, engineering manager from marketing department of Annec group, intensely follow the industry development trend, made a thematic report on "Low Carbon and Energy Saving Technology of ANNEC top combustion hot blast stove " centering on the low-carbon energy saving and low-NOx combustion technology of cone-cylinder rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove, and shared the low-NOx combustion and low-carbon energy-saving working principle and effect of three-dimensional mixing combustion burner of the cone-cylinder rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove The NOx emission is realized to be ≤50mg/m³, which is more than 66% lower than the requirement of "Ultra-low Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry". The steel industry experts at the meeting affirmed the work done by ANNEC in the field of low-carbon iron-making technology, and especially appreciated the effectiveness of the top combustion hot blast stove technology and integrated supporting materials.
The participated representatives of iron and steel enterprises expressed great interest in the gas energy-saving technology of ANNEC cone-cylinder rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove, ANNEC team discussed and exchanged views on the technological progress of the hot blast stove, the development of its equipment and the problems arising from its production and operation with representatives of well known iron-making company attending the meeting, and focused on recommending ANNEC's system solutions for hot blast stove, which were highly recognized by on-site representatives.
In recent years, ANNEC has been developing and innovating in the field of hot blast stove technology, in which the "Cone-Cylinder Rotary Cutting Top Combustion Hot Blast Stove" technology jointly developed by ANNEC and CERI has obtained patent authorization from Russia, Japan, Ukraine, India, Indonesia and other countries through PCT patent application. In 2021, Annec signed the EP project of upgrading internal combustion hot blast stove of 7# blast furnace into ANNEC Cone Cylinder Rotary Cutting Top Combustion Hot Blast Stove with MMK Iron & Steel Group of Russia, as well as the EP project of the newly-built top combustion hot blast stove of 5872m³ blast furnace of JSW of India, which marked that the top combustion hot blast stove technology with China's independent intellectual property rights has been recognized by global iron and steel enterprises, and has reached the leading level in the international arena.
