From May 19th to 22nd, 2021, the “2021 National Blast Furnace and Non-Blast Furnace Iron-making Academic Annual Conference” sponsored by the Iron-making Branch of the Chinese Institute of Metals and co-organized by Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Focusing on the hot issues in iron making industry, this conference discussed the low-carbon, green, intelligent, efficient, low consumption and long-life iron making production technology and the latest scientific and technological achievements under the new situation, which greatly promoted the transformation and upgrading of iron making technology. At the meeting, experts and professors from key iron and steel enterprises and research institutes such as Baowu Group, Shougang Group, Angang Group, Shagang Group, SCID, WISDRI, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Wuhan University of Science and Technology also published many excellent reports on green and low-carbon ironmaking production and technological development.

 

In this conference, Li Guanpeng, the design manager of ANNEC made a report entitled “Analysis and Solutions for the Damage Causes of Hot Air Pipe of Top Combustion Hot Furnace”

Li Guanpeng analyzed the common problems of hot blast outlet and hot blast pipeline of top combustion HBS. He pointed out that the key to solve the damage of HBS hot blast pipeline is the optimization of refractory material and masonry structure of hot blast pipeline, the innovation of orifice pre-assemble brick structure, piping layout, optimization of corrugated compensator lining structure and other systematic comprehensive design. He shared the mature solution for hot blast pipeline problem that has been successfully applied for many years by Annec with patented technology.

 

Annec proprietary technology of hot blast pipeline has been successfully applied in a steel plant in Shanxi Province for nearly 10 years, basically intact, and can meet the needs of two generations of blast furnace service. At the same time, on the issues of low-carbon, environmental protection, hydrogen metallurgy and so on, Annec introduced to the participants that the cone column rotary cutting top combustion HBS has fully realized low nitrogen combustion (NOx emission ≤ 50mg / M³) through furnace profile innovation, refractory structure and configuration optimization ),which has met the development requirements of green energy saving.

 

Based on the technology of rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove, the air gas mixing uniformity is better, the difference between vault temperature and supply air temperature is smaller, which completely solves the problems of low air temperature, low thermal efficiency, high gas consumption, high NOx emission value, burner nozzle dislocation, hot blast outlet collapse, lattice brick sinking, etc The hot blast stove has the advantages of high air temperature, long service life, low energy consumption, low emission and low investment, which has been unanimously affirmed and praised by customers and industry experts.
