Hosted by the Ironmaking Branch of the Chinese Society for Metals and co-organized by MCC CERI Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and other institutions, the "2025 National Annual Conference on Ironmaking Equipment and Design" was held in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province from November 5 to 8. As a supporting unit, ANNEC High-Temperature Technology Group participated in this conference led by Chairman Li Fuchao, and presented the paper titled Low Nitrogen - Low Carbon Technology of Conical-Cylindrical Rotational Cutting Top-Fired Hot Blast Stove. The paper introduced the company's technical advantages and application effects in high-efficiency combustion, ultra-low emissions, safe operation and other aspects, providing technical support for the green and low-carbon transformation of the iron and steel industry.
With the theme of "Green · Intelligent · Efficient · Long-Lasting, Marching Towards a New Generation of Ironmaking Technology", this seminar brought together leaders from the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and the Chinese Society for Metals, professors from universities such as University of Science and Technology Beijing, experts from iron and steel enterprises including Baowu Group, Shougang Group and Hebei Iron and Steel Group, as well as experts from engineering companies like MCC Jingcheng, MCC CERI and MCC WISD and representatives of relevant enterprises. The conference aimed to jointly discuss the innovation and progress in ironmaking production equipment and design that are low-carbon, efficient, low-cost, safe, long-lasting and clean under the new situation.
In his speech at the welcome dinner, Chairman Li Fuchao stated that the national iron and steel industry is accelerating its transformation towards greenization, low-carbonization and intellectualization. As a leading enterprise in the field of refractory materials for high-temperature industry, ANNEC is committed to providing efficient and low-carbon hot blast stove technology solutions for the iron and steel industry. ANNEC has further deepened the industry-university-research cooperation with the expert team of University of Science and Technology Beijing, and achieved a series of innovative results in the development of high-temperature new materials, high-efficiency and low-carbon burners and intelligent operation and maintenance. The project achievement of Research and Innovation of Key Technologies for High-Efficiency, Low-Carbon and High Air Temperature Hot Blast Stoves won the first prize of Metallurgical Science and Technology in 2024, providing key support for the improvement of blast furnace air temperature and low-carbon operation. In the future, ANNEC will carry out joint research on topics such as low-carbonization and intellectualization of hot blast stoves, build a green and low-carbon technology innovation alliance, and help China's iron and steel industry move towards a more efficient and low-carbon future.!
